This little fella's aunt was the one who contacted me to photograph her little nephew as a gift to the new parents. (How sweet is that!?!) Despite having awake for awhile already, Henry was insistent on showing me his new moves! Mom's special touch helped him to calm down and he fell asleep in Dad's arms. It was so special to see the new family dynamic already well at work. There is so much love for this little guy. Once he was tuckered out from his time with mom and dad, we made sure that Henry's Packer gear was warmed up for the football season.

Ah, family photos. It seems that they're easier to make time for when you're capturing the growth of your little ones in the early years, However once kids have grown up, it's easy for them to become an oversight. I find this to be an unfortunate circumstance because there is so much beauty in the adult phase of children's lives. 

That is simply one of the many reasons that I was so happy that the M family contacted me for some updated photos. As adorable as the girls were in their family photos from awhile back, I hope that they (and mom + dad too!) will appreciate and treasure this set as well!

It had been awhile since I had the pleasure of snuggling a newborn; so, I was ecstatic when I was asked by Lexi's parents to take some photos for them! She is such a sweetheart and very kind to her parents when it comes to sleeping through the night. Her baby blues are simply stunning and she is already so curious about the world around her. And there is plenty to be curious about with her fur friend, Maggie keeping a close eye on everything!
